Effort, Attitude, & Reality

To create new results in our lives, we first must change our thinking and doing. This is the first step. Personal change starts with the realization that there are better ways to do things to influence positive life outcomes. It starts with a decision to change habits and behaviors that no longer improves the quality of our lives. Making personal changes in your life takes courage and determination.

This is a "soul searching" session. Participants will discuss the significance of having a faith-based or spiritual value system. Participants will explore the power of thought and the influence the mind has on daily life.

Throughout this process, ask the men whether they had ever gone through something similar. Does this ring a bell for any of you? Have you ever experienced something similar? Acknowledging the shared experience and maintaining objectivity in your responses to participants is important.

The Hourglass Session

The Hour Glass session is designed to provide the audience with a physical and metaphorical sense of time and power. Introduce the Hour-glass session to focus on one Power Analysis at this time, however, clearly note that multiple hour glasses in full effect each day of our existence (multiple sizes, may be in harmony, or may be in conflict with another).
